About Protoad

Protoad is about advertising. It is about promoting the products that make your life easier, cheaper, better, faster, happier. It is also about you!

You, The Consumer, have the chance to create and/or appear in ads that you would want to see. For products that you use and value, or for your own product or company.

Be Creative! Be Seen! Be Heard! By the companies that produce the products you use, by your friends and family, by people who are interested in you and your ideas, by prospective buyers, perhaps by the whole world.

Your submission can be simple and short or a sight to behold. Both approaches (and everywhere in between) have value in the world of advertising. Sometimes simple is better. Other times you may need a bit more of a production to get your message across.

We all know we can do a better job at making ads than the majority of those out there. We all know that we or our loved ones should be in ads or could make a great ad. Now is your chance. Lets see what we can do. Post an ad, let your friends and family know and encourage them to post ads too. Who knows what could happen.

All of your submissions are automatically entered into our monthly competitions for the best ad. We have two competitions each month. One for your best original ad submitted and one for the best ad submitted for our featured company of the month. We want you to have fun and maybe win some money in the process. All we ask is that you use your own content and keep your ads positive. Come join us and be a part of the evolution of advertising!

You, The Company, have the opportunity for your products to be seen by many, very targeted, markets. You might say EVERY ad on protoad is directly targeted. Friends and family members of each of the users of protoad will almost certainly watch every ad that their loved one submits.

Instead of changing channels or avoiding ads by any means necessary, people will have a very personal reason for seeking these ads out. Ads for your product. They will look for them, they will watch them and they will remember them.

Each person that submits an ad to protoad is an individual. Each of these individuals has their own circle of friends and family. They all have amazing and varied ideas and values, priorities and preferences. Instead of throwing an ad out there and hoping it finds fallow ground, protoad gives you the opportunity to place your product directly into the family. EVERY family! We at protoad like to think of it as product placement on steroids. Every Ad on Protoad must have a positive message.

Next time the protoad family is considering making a purchase, the first option that enters their mind will be the product they remember so well because their loved one featured in a commercial for that very product. The only commercial that they sought out and passed on to their friends and family. Who then passed it on to their friends and family.

We have all heard the theory of the six degrees of separation. There is less separating us all from one another than we realize. An ad posted by one individual could make its way around the globe, with friends and family notifying each other of the submission with the speed of the digital age.

Imagine 1000 ads for your product, posted by 1000 people. Or 10,000.

We want to encourage people to post and view ads. And we want to encourage you to take part in any way you choose. Protoad can be fun and effective.
